My bad, I could scroll horizontally in your posted data. These errors have nothing to do OSX 10.10.
This one:
Sandbox: Blink Pro(28351) deny file-write-create will happen on any OSX version, these are harmless warnings related to running Python code on OSX in a sandbox, is not Blink related.
The other errors are hard to trace without printing more tracebacks from inside the code. Do you get those at every start?
