[Blink] plivo SIP address

Hi guys

I have just registered a Plivo SIP account successfully but when I try to
make an outbound call I receive an error message which says "Not Acceptable
Here". The address shows as a successful registration so I don't think it
is a password or authentication issue. I have checked UDP and TCP in the
Advanced Transport section and the only audio codec checked is G722.

Any ideas where the problem may lie?
