[Blink] DTMF as SIP-INFO?

Is there any way to activate or add-in the capability to transmit DTMF as SIP-INFO in Blink?

The voicemail system in a Broadsoft M6 will not respond to RFC-2833 or in-band audio DTMF, only INFO, and therefore our customers cannot put in a password or navigate the VM system when using Blink.

Other SIP devices, like the Cisco cordless SPA302D or the Groundwire application for iOS support this method of signaling and work fine.

There are no settings to change in the M6 VM system side to change.

Is there any way I could encourage or assist with the addition of this feature?
