[Blink] New feature - take 'n send screenshot directly from Blink

Its getting more common. You are in the middle of an IM conversation and
suddenly you want to share something about your screen in a matter of
clicks.

Cisco Jabber for example, has a tiny icon that when clicked, allows you to
highlight a portion of the screen and immediately share it with the other
person as a screen shot. Reeeeally nice feature for Blink to have, wouldn't
you agree?
