Blink doesn't currently support TLS fingerprint authentication, (doesn't check the fingerprint and doesn't send it) and we don't have plans to add it in the short term.

I had a quick look at the code and it would not be very difficult to add the a=fingerprint to MSRP streams, but we have our hands pretty full right now.
