[Blink] Blink Pro does not dial ("Connecting...")

I just purchased Blink Pro today (3-Feb 2014) , except now I find that it
is not working with my chosen VOIP provider.

Incoming calls work ok.

Outgoing calls , when I place the call , it just shows "Connecting...." and
does not work.

I placed a movie of it to YouTube , so you can see the problem.


*Please help. I just spent $50 on Blink Pro, and I am extremely
disappointed it doesn't work.*
