[Blink] Blink Pro lost my accounts

Now, when I try and add the accounts that are missing, I get "Sign In
to SIP Account" because it already exists.

When I went into Preferences I see the accounts, but they aren't active.

I think I know what happened: I turned on "Do Not Disturb" a few days
ago, and I likely exited the app and restarted.  Could the accounts
have become deactivated because of that?
