[Blink] Signing up for SIP to SIP?

I’m trying to get on a new account, sip to sip, I believe you call it. I’m giving an alpha numeric lower case pw, and keep getting this error, which I don’t understand:

It has 5 lower case letters and ends in a digit. What am I missing? And what is a “positive digit or letter?"
