[Blink] Blink Pro 3.2 - 11400 Can't call out

Hi,

Do you have this only with the echo service, or also with other numbers.

Since 3.2 I have not been able to make calls reliably. I get this error:

If I delete Blink completely and reinstall, it works for a while and then this error starts again.  

I have not changed the preferences or set or unset any codecs or priorities.  

Inbound calls work fine.  

Blink Lite works fine.
