[Blink] Noise on G.722 calls only with Blink

I've tested with several. Polycom X50 series (450, 550, 650, etc) on 3.2
and 4.0 software, Polycom VVX series on 4.0 and 4.1 software, and other
soft phones such as Blink Pro, Bria, etc.

This was very subjective testing over a long period of time, including
several versions of Blink. Let me approach it more systematically to get
more specific results. Updates to follow.
