[Blink] Blink - pause iTunes

Hello,

The documentation says, "iTunes automatically pauses playing before any *Audio
Call* pauses and resumes playing after all *Audio Calls* have finished."
 That's quite nice in most cases.  Is there a way to disable that behavior?
 I have found that allowing the music to continue at a low level during a
call makes even the most boring of conference calls much more enjoyable.  :)

Or, even better, is there a way to configure Blink with an iTunes volume
level to use during a call?
