[Blink] Troubleshooting

Over the last few weeks, I have been somewhat of an evangelist to get other
people who are not familiar with SIP to learn about it. The SIP client of choice
is Blink. After previously having a rough start trying to get SIP accounts fully
authenticated, I discovered that if each new user creates a new account through
Blink, Blink is properly configured. (My success at getting manually entered
accounts to fully validate (not turn gray) has been spotty.)

Two nights ago, a guy did as I suggested, installed the latest release of Blink,
and created a new SIP account on sip2sip.info. Blink configured itself. However,
he could call me, but I could not call him. We tried multiple times. Both of us
use Blink with a sip2sip.info account. He was on a Mac. I'm on a PC.

Can you suggest troubleshooting steps?
