[Blink] Automatically route a call thru a specific SIP account

Hello,

I have used eyeBeam for many years but the developer discontinued support
for mac. I just bought Blink Pro/Mac OSX 10.8.2. and use different SIP
accounts for some countries.

With eyeBeam, I choosed the SIP account to route my outgoing calls by
prefixing #1 or #2 to the phone number.

How can I do that with Blink Pro?
