[Blink] New Blink Qt release 0.2.10 for Windows

Ever since I've used Blink on Windows XP, I've gotten this error message when I
close the program:

blink.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for the
inconvenience.

I just tried the new release and had the same problem.  It doesn't seem to
happen every time.
