[Blink] Which SIP service providers support SMS that can be used by Blink?

They either 1) fake the caller ID which less likely as they will be shut down or 2) they are allowed to set that caller id in behalf of registered users that proved they owned the number, by receiving a password confirmation via SMS. Mobile operators have no issue with this approach as it increases traffic and all traffic stays on their own network. But all responses go directly to the mobile phone, not to the web page that sent the message, isnt' it?
