[Blink] SylkServer for MacOSX now available in the Mac App Store

It won't work beyond same LAN as Bonjour uses multicast and you must be on same LAN. Perhaps if your Layer 2 switches  can broadcast it would work.

Otherwise you need a public service to aggregate such traffic, you may use SIP2SIP service.
