[Blink] Compile Blink

Hi

Thank you for the reply , I want to change the text of blink from English to
Finnish . I download the blink-qt source but i dont find any steps to
compile it and make a single package of blink so user will install on there
pc and use blink in Finnish Lanuage .

Since you are running it on a PC you'll need blink-qt source, but there is
nothing to compile there since it's Python code.
