[Blink] Running Blink at Backend

Hi

I notice that while closing different VOIP softwares they keep running at
the back end and can be seen at the system tray . But when i click close
button in Blink it just completely close the whole process . Can it be
possible that it keep running at the back end while i press close button  ?
