[Blink] blink on Debian working now but using significant CPU when idle

The PJSIP version we currently use in SIPSIMPLE SDK only uses PortAudio, and PortAudio itself uses ALSA. Further versions of PJSIP do have native backends.

I also like the idea of getting rid of PortAudio, but this would be a huge change which won't happen overnight.
