[Blink] Reporting Crash

Hello,

Have been using Blink for a while now, and we just experienced a persistent
crash while trying to configure Blink to work with out Cisco Linksys SPA
3102 through HTTP Digest Authentication for one-stage-dialing.

How do we report the crash?
