[Blink] New Blink Qt for Linux release 0.2.8

Hello,

Blink Qt for Linux version 0.2.8 is now available for the newest Ubuntu and Debian Distributions. 

Blink Qt is now ready packaged for the latest Ubuntu distributions and Debian:

- Ubuntu Lucid (10.04)
- Ubuntu Maverick (10.10)
- Ubuntu Natty (11.04)
- Debian Stable (Squeeze)
- Debian Unstable (Sid)

Building for other distributions is now faster and easier due to better compatibility of the underlying SIP Simple client SDK
