[Blink] Growl for Missed Calls

Hi,

I would like to suggest adding options to define how the application
interacts with Growl on Mac, or to define a timeout for it... the current
version 0.24.1 I am using leaves the Growl popup on screen until I go to the
application, which is a little annoying in case I am busy with something
else.

Thanks for this amazing product! Hope this helps to improve it even more!
