It seems OpenSuse's version of libgnutls doesn't include srp support. I'll make a fix for python-gnutls to not load them unless available in the next version. In the meanwhile if you want to make this work, remove anything with _srp_ in the name from gnutls/library/functions.py in your python-gnutls installation.
