This has nothing to do with Blink but with the so called 'SIP ALG'  support in your particular router. This SIP ALG functionality must be disabled if you want to use SIP at all behind such broken routers.

Google for how you can disable the so called SIP ALG support in your router as is for no useful purpose and causes only trouble.

Search for "SIP ALG + router model"
