[Blink] Blink crashing on incoming call

I am having a similar problem with Blink 0.20.1.

It does not crash, but I can't accept an incoming call.  The following is the full SIP trace of a test call.  I hit 'Accept' on the second ring, but the call never completed.  The person dialing the call was transferred to my voicemail.
