[Blink] accessibility bug: minor: Blink Cocoa

Hello Everett,

We have added descriptions for some of the main GUI elements. But many controls are generated dynamically from the Python code and adding these accessibility features for all of them is a lot of work we have no idle time to address them all. Patches are welcome.
