It just seems to pull from the Mac address book. Admittedly, my Mac skills are poor at best. :)

Maybe you can use LDAP. AddressBook can be configured to search LDAP. Blink probably won't be able to search the LDAP contacts, but at least you should be able to share names and numbers.
