[Blink] Blink won't run after trialling iSoftphone

You can probably start by going to an OS-X terminal window and typing in the
command "which python" and hitting "enter". This will tell us the location
of the python binary that is first on your search path. There are a couple
of python distributions that end up in different places in the file system.

The next is thing us to figure out which version of the release. You can
produce this from the terminal by entering the command "python -v".

I suggest pasting the output of both commands into a reply email, and I will
compare that with what my machine says.
