Blink has (or had, I am not up on the latest version) hold and 
conference within blink.  I am talking about hold, conference and 
transfer within the PBX.  Similar to the transfer buttons on Aastra SIP 
phones, and the SIP Communicator program.  Call transfer is the big one.
