[Blink] Cannot register using blink

While I'm at it, why does Blink tell me it's looking up the destination if
I'm not registered with a proxy? Does it have a mode in which it can call
other UAs without a proxy? If not, shouldn't it just tell me that it can't
make the call since it's not registered?
