[Blink] Blink hangs on Linux when accessing sound device

saul,

i made a test call and during the call gave 'pactl list' command that
according to its manual page "Dump all currently loaded modules,
available  sinks,  sources, streams and clients".  the result is below.
i didn't find a stream like you described in it.  in fact i was not able
to locate any streams.
