That is very extrange. I just tested and I could install the package 
without trouble. Packages seems to be ok in the repo 
(http://ag-projects.com/debian/pool/main/b/blink/) and it's not platform 
dependent (arch all).

Did you apt-get update after adding them and got no errors?
