It can log to memory, if you open the log window (Window/Log on the
menu or Cmd-0) and enable a certain log type that is kept in memory.
It can also log to files. Open the preferences panel (Blink/
Preferences or Cmd-,) and in the Settings tab select the Logs entry.
The logs that are enable there go to ~/Library/Application Support/
Blink/logs (provided that your Directory setting in the same panel is
logs). And the 3rd place you will find logs are on the system Console:
Applications/Utilities/Console where it logs generic information, kind
of like syslog on unix. The other 2 (memory and file) are for specific
SIP related aspects.

Be aware not to leave the memory or file debugging logs enable after
you finish with them as they can increase the CPU usage quite a lot.
