my network configuration is:

macbook ---- network --- sip fxo device == pstn
--sip acc-==============-------10.10.10.10

On macbook sip account is like bonjour, but i had to do full feature account, for static number - 444 at 10.10.10.9,
because of bonjour every time makes different part before @ - asdfgq at 10.10.10.9, on next startup dfxcq at 10.10.10.9.

fxo device was set up for make a hotline, when someone dial my pstn number, fxo make a call to 444 at 10.10.10.9 and i
receive that call.

also device is configured to dial received number before @ to pstn.

(pstn number)@10.10.10.10, for example 5556575 at 10.10.10.10 and the device dials 5556575.

i think this request maybe easy for you to do and will help not only for me:

can you make preferences for make some prefix, suffix and changing of number when dialin - for example almost every
phone numbers stored in my address book using international format, e.g. +790255557788
so when i start to type 9025 blink shows me contacts in address book, having this numbers.

i chose this contact, and blink really dials 890255577788 at 10.10.10.10 rather than simple +79025557788.
8 is long distance call prefix in Russia, and 810 is international.

so in my way i need to get
suffix='@10.10.10.10'
prefix=''
changing numbers '^+7'='8' ; '+[1-6]'='810' ; '+[8-9]'='810' (i don't know, how in REGEXP it will be 1-9, except 7);
also if theres is no '+' sign in beginning of number, then no changes will be made.

something like this.

prefix could be useful, when your fxo device connected to private office phone system, where you have dial 0 or 9 to connect
to pstn.
