SIP Outbound handles SIP over NAT and also gives quick failover in case of TCP connection issues.</div><div>Check <a href="http://edvina.net/sip2012">http://edvina.net/sip2012</a> for presentations on SIP Outbound. There are a few implementations around, but far too few, as you say. The Kamailio development team are implementing it, which propably will mean that OpenSIPS gets it too at some point.
