[SIP Beyond VoIP] unable to find tls address in use

Hello,

I'm installing sylkserver on a clean ubuntu 12.04 machine and I keep
getting this error:

fatal error: Couldn't set TLS options: Could not create TLS transport:
Address already in use

It does start listening to it normally when the program comes up, but when
it makes it to this line, it borks.

I've checked and checked the configuration file(s) for any possible port
conflict and I can't seem to find one.

Any ideas?
