Your sip2sip account is served by a public infrastructure that uses OpenSIPS. The server address is automatically discovered from the DNS, your Blink client is perfectly capable of doing so.

SylkServer is a standalone software for certain SIP applications and handling REGISTER is not one of them.

You are mixing things up, your questions do not make sense. Perhaps you can explain what you try to achieve and paste some logs.
