Hi,

there is some progress. I wrote:

The answer is that there is an "enable_ice" option in sylkserver's
config.ini which is off by default. One has to set it explicitly to
"True" to make NAT traversal work.
Suggestion: this could be on by default, and a "getting started" guide
would be quite nice.

Now the "echo" service works fine and I can make voice-only conferences.
Just enough to make me bounce against the next hurdle: MSRP. When I
connect a chat session, the status switches to "Connecting", then
"Starting media". After 15 seconds it says "media stream timed out while
starting". Unfortunately no suitable configuration options seem to apply
here. This is probably not a NAT issue, as MSRP sits on top of SIP, and
SIP works. But what else???

Any clues would be appreciated.
Regards,
Adrian Weiler
