[SIP Beyond VoIP] crash observed on kamailio

Hi Group,

today we noticed a crash in kamailio 4.0.0 this issue seems to be fixed
according to http://sip-router.org/tracker/index.php?do=details&task_id=234
yet here is the crash.

can you guys suggest what could have gone wrong?
