[SIP Beyond VoIP] Help with sylkserver as xmppgateway

Hi Adrian.
I changed the url of the testing site to "myurl.com", just to send it to
this list :).  The DNS of the real domain are correctly configured to
resolve to the SIP and XMPP ports.
