Please, read the features page: http://sylkserver.com/features.phtml SylkServer is *not* a registrar and thus you don't "create" account in it.

In order to run it you'll need to deploy it behind a SIP proxy and just direct traffic to it. More info on SylkServer itself configuration can be found here: http://sylkserver.com/download.phtml
