This is the typical Click2Call scenario in which a user is logged in a
web, presses a telephony number (a link), the web server "originates"
a call (by means o any custom protocol, i.e: Asterisk AMI Originate)
and the SIP server generates a calls with destination the phone
(Blink) of the user.  When the phone answers the call, the SIP server
generates a second call to the destination clicked in the web and
brigdes both calls.

Of course this mechanism is ugly as the user receives an incoming call
in his phone (Blink). REFER out-of-dialog could be used for achieving
this, but nobody implements REFER out-ofdialog.
