Installation instructions are available here: 
http://sylkserver.com/download.phtml

If you are using Debian we have already packaged it so it will be easier 
to start testing.

We also run a public test server: conference.sip2sip.info, so you can 
just call/chat to (anything here)@conference.sip2sip.info and a room 
will be created ad-hoc.
