[SIP SIMPLE client] sip simple client python version

This has nothing to do with Python 2.6 or SIP SIMPLE client SDK.

It is an OpenSSL installation problem that is required by PJSIP C  
stack to compile. Most probably you did not install the development  
package for openssl.
