[SIP SIMPLE client] sip simple compiling issue

For me it works just fine every time:

svn co -r HEAD http://svn.pjsip.org/repos/pjproject/branches/1.0

A    1.0/configure
A    1.0/aconfigure
A    1.0/configure-legacy
A    1.0/pjnath
A    1.0/pjnath/build
....

Are you being a firewall or proxy  that block you access to pjsip repository?
