[SIP SIMPLE client] Issues with trunk 0.4 and sip_desktop_sharing v0.04

Michiel,

Can you try a fresh darcs tree or clean yours up with:

python setup.py clean -all

before installing again just to make sure nothing old remained.  
Otherwise it could be related to BSD and we need to isolate the  
problem there.
