[SIP SIMPLE client] file transfer

Hi Klaus,

First, you don't seem to have the latest eventlet.
You should get one from here http://devel.ag-projects.com/~denis/cgi-bin/hgweb.cgi
The debian package is not up to date.

Second, new API does not have file transfer yet, so sip_session won't accept a file.
