<div dir="ltr"><div>Hello,</div><div><br></div><div>This is strange.</div><div><br></div><div>I have both Blink Pro and Bria installed on this iMac, along with some other non-SIP VoIP applications. When I'm on a G.722 call in Blink Pro I'm told the other side hears a pink/white style background noise from me. If I establish the same call over Bria using G.722, no noise. The other non-SIP applications with codecs at least the quality of G.722 show no problem either. With a call on Blink Pro using another codec, say G.711u, no noise.</div>
<div><br></div><div>I use a Sennheiser USB headset with all applications. It has an ON/OFF switch that physically disconnects the microphone from the signal path. If I flip it to OFF during a G.722 Blink Pro, all audio stops, including the noise. Hmm.</div>
<div><br></div><div>To the best of my ability all echo canceling and other audio processing is disabled in all applications. The TX audio level is as close as possible in all applications. And even though the mic switch seems to indicate Blink itself is not generating the noise, it's the only "noisy" application. Weird.</div>
<div><br></div><div>I strongly prefer Blink over Bria, but I can't use it if it's noisy. I'm not sure where to go from here. Any suggestions are welcomed.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>Thanks,</div>
