[Blink] Blink wont open

Hi there,

I provide IT support for a company which uses Blink but recently a few of their machines have been having an issue.
Three of their machines can no longer open Blink unless they run the application as an administrator. Due to policy reasons they cannot run the application as an administrator unless I am there to enter the admin credentials.

When they try to start the application normally the Blink icon appears in Windows hidden logos and remains there until you hover your cursor over it at which point the logo completely disappears. Have you ever heard of this happening before? Do you have a knows fix?

All machines are Windows 10 pro 64 bit.
