[Blink] Select device on linux pulseaudio

Blink is an alsa only software and as such it can only see alsa devices. The reason you see that generic pulseaudio device is because pulseaudio exports its main device into alsa, making it available as an alsa device. If you want to see specific pulseaudio devices you need to configure pulseaudio to export them as alsa devices (if possible at all).

In short, if you cannot see it with

aplay -l | grep card

then you cannot use it.
